RETURNS
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased item, they have 30 days from delivery to request a return due to withdrawal. The item must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition it was received, that is with all tags in perfect condition.
You must notify us of the withdrawal return request by email to info@ereslegante.es specifying the order details and the items to be returned.
The items to be returned must be sent by certified mail (return shipping costs will be borne by the customer) to the following address:

As soon as we receive them, we will refund the amount by the same payment method used and notify the customer via email.
ISSUES
If the customer receives any defective item from us, we will immediately replace it at no cost to them.
